COSÉ didn’t begin because I wanted to style beautiful tables.

It began because I noticed something.

The people who spend the most time creating an evening are usually the ones who experience the least of it.

They’re checking timings.

Clearing plates.

Opening another bottle.

Making sure everyone else is comfortable.

By the time they finally sit down, the evening has already started without them.

That never felt like hospitality to me.

Because hospitality isn’t about doing everything yourself.

It’s about creating a space where people feel welcomed, connected and completely at ease.

Somewhere along the way, we’ve confused hosting with responsibility.

I think it should feel like generosity instead.

That’s why I created COSÉ.

Not to replace the host.

To give them their place back at the table.
